These terms govern your use of AI Grocery's in-store and online ordering service. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Your Account
You must provide accurate details and verify your mobile number to place orders. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. One account per customer; accounts may be suspended for misuse.
Orders & Pricing
Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and may change. We try to keep stock and prices accurate, but an item may be unavailable or repriced after you order. If so, we will adjust or cancel the affected items and let you know. An order is confirmed once our staff accepts it.
Delivery & Pickup
- You can choose pickup (ready in about 20 minutes) or delivery within our service area around Iqbal Road, Mohammadpur, Dhaka.
- Your first delivery is free. Orders of ৳1,000 or more are always free; otherwise a ৳10 delivery fee applies.
- Estimated times are guidance, not guarantees, and may vary with weather and demand.
Refunds & Returns
- If an item is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us promptly and we will replace it or refund it.
- Refunds are returned to your original payment method or as store credit.
- Perishable goods can only be returned if there is a quality or fulfilment issue.
Store Credit, Loyalty & Baki
Store credit and loyalty rewards have no cash value and can be used only toward purchases. Baki (credit/khata) is offered at our discretion up to your approved limit and must be settled as agreed. We may reduce or withdraw a baki limit at any time.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other accounts, or interfere with the platform. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

- How do I track my order? Open your dashboard. Each order shows a live status timeline.
- How do I pay? Pay at the counter on pickup or delivery, use store credit, or put it on baki if you have an approved limit.
- Didn't get my SMS code? Wait for the resend timer, then tap 'Resend code' and check the number on your account.
- How do I reorder? From your dashboard, open a past order and tap 'Order again'.
